What Nepsis is
Nepsis is an Android app for people in recovery from alcohol dependence. It keeps your recovery record: the days since your last drink, and a timeline that keeps every good day on screen, even after a slip. It reads what your phone and watch already measure, such as heart rate, sleep and movement, and shows what the signals suggest, with every reason spelled out. When things look serious, it puts the people you chose one tap away and, if you agreed in advance, lets them know. It is being built now and is not yet on Google Play.
Three promises

Nothing hidden.
Every score comes from written rules you can read, not from a model trained on your data. Each reason is listed on screen, and the score says plainly that it is a rough guide, not a measurement.

Withdrawal is treated as the emergency it is.
Alcohol withdrawal can be life-threatening. When it starts, Nepsis stops being a tracker and speaks plainly: the signs that mean go now, the number to call, the people to tell.

Emergency mode needs only your phone.
The emergency screens, the call buttons and the messages to your people work with no internet connection, no server and no AI.
Nepsis does not replace a doctor or emergency services.
